Our services
Dryer Vent Cleaning & Repair
Vent Pros removes accumulated lint and debris from dryer exhaust systems to support proper airflow and dryer performance. We also inspect accessible connections, exterior terminations, and vent components for restrictions, disconnections, and visible damage.
Dryer vent repairs are quoted separately based on the condition and configuration of the system.
Mini Split Cleaning
Dust and buildup can collect on mini-split filters, coils, blower wheels, drain pans and other internal components. Vent Pros professionally cleans accessible components to support proper airflow, drainage and efficient system operation.
Before beginning, we inspect the indoor unit and explain which components can be safely accessed and cleaned. The service scope and price are based on the number of units, their condition and accessibility. Mechanical repairs and refrigerant service are not included.
Air Duct Cleaning
Our air duct cleaning service removes accumulated dust and loose debris from accessible supply and return ductwork. Depending on the approved service scope, cleaning may also include registers, grilles, and designated HVAC components.
We explain which areas can be accessed and what is included before cleaning begins. Air duct cleaning is available for residential and commercial properties.
Scheduled Air-Filter Replacement
Vent Pros supplies and installs HVAC filters for homes and commercial properties on an agreed replacement schedule. We match the filter to the system’s required size and type and help customers select an appropriate MERV filtration level.
Standard and specialty filters are available based on system compatibility and product availability. Specialty filters may require advance ordering or separate pricing.
Scheduled filter replacement is a standalone service. It does not automatically include compressor, air-handler, blower or coil inspection or cleaning. Those services must be separately requested and included in the approved scope of work.
